Nerfing +defense IS love for ferals (not as much as it should be though), since now warriors don't have THAT much over us druids.
Hrm? This nerf hits both warriors and druids, and in my opinion it is a bigger impact for druids. I already wear 2 green "of defense" items to have 376 defense (with a warden staff, a cloak of warding and the medaillon of grand marshall morris). After the patch, I'll have to sacrifice another one or two armor spots to be at about 375 defense again. Warriors don't need green "of defense" items to keep their def skill up, there is more than enough blue gear.
Sadly, there are close to no leather items designed for tanking druids - the warbear items are the only ones that are obviously designed for that purpose. If there were blue leather items with +defense I'd immediatly stop ranting :o)
