Would you roll or not?

for Deathcharger's Reins if you already had an epic mount?
Its seems to depend on the type of person and why they are playing the game.
You would probably be hated for winning it, let alone winning it if you
already had a epic mount. Or is it so rare that everyone can roll for it
since everyone can use it?

Then again I just read this "The Baron mount should be considered as style
rather than utility. If person A has green boots, and person B has blue
ones... should person A get the epic drop just because he/she needs them
more? Hell no. " which seems to make sense.

I think this item would cause more trouble than its worth when it is
dropped, luckily that isn't too often!
