The one time I've completed DM West it was as a pickup'd healer for a
pretty high level group from other guilds.

Warrior
Paladin
Rogue
Warlock
Priest

We made it look *easy*. Warrior MT, Paladin for blessings, high
anti-undead dps, off-tank capable, Rogue for very high sustained DPS,
Warlock for main CC and sustained damage (and Blood Pact) and Priest for
Main-healer and Shackle.

The Warlock went on my friend's list, and i've played with him a few more
times. He was fighting the rogue for the top spot on dps, and the rogue
wasn't slouching.

We had strong CC for both mob types in the instance, Elementals/Undead. We
had a strong MT, and a good offtank. The Pally was Ret-spec, with a
Reaper, so he was also doing respectable dps. The real trick, though, is
that my priest has very good spirit/regen for PVE, and knows how to cast
efficiently. So I was almost never /oom. Rogue and Warrior aren't
mana-based, and the Pally wasn't casting much. So I told the Warlock to
just Life Tap as much as he needed, and I'd heal. We had the least
downtime I've ever seen in a high-level 5-man. One wipe, to some stupidity
of trying to sneak instead of fight. Killed Immol'thar and the Prince with
zero deaths. Went through *all* of DM North right after, killing instead
of tribute, with zero deaths.
