Input requested for a Guild Bank

I would like to start a guild bank, but would like some input from some
guilds who have done this.

Basic info

would like
- to be able to report who gave what without typing a list (not lazy, just
want to be efficient, ok maybe lazy)
- to be able to display the inventory (Have one mod I am using called
BankScan) in html format or simply generate a report that I can paste into
my guild forums
- is there a way to mass download and collect this information from the in
game mail system?

Now for the fun part (rubs hands together like an evil gnome in the
crossroads) Can someone tell me their experiences (good or bad) about doing
such.

I am open to just about anything, I really want to be able to store things
effectivly for the guild as a whole (and yes, most of our members do have
their own private banks, which there are no objections too) so that new
toons trying to skill or get a weapon can look to

oh yeah and finally, anyone know a good debit/credit system to use for
items, i.e. toon1 gave 20silk so thats worth 1 green, ora stack of strange
dust

ok I am going to stop rambling now before I get anyone else more confused
than I already am
