Not sure what you mean about pumping but I guess you mean putting it back on
when its say half way down (15 secs) I've not seen any difference.
I would like to know if agility affects how often seal of command goes, and
whether the rank affects how often it goes, I'm currently using rank 1 and
seen no difference than using a higher rank, it just uses quite a bit less
mana.
Also when they will fix the bug that makes it mess up and say 'that ability
is not ready yet' I usually just swap it for rank 2 or you can log out.
Killing greys you seem to get alot more crits and maybe more seal of command
hits.
