gnomish radar hat

Last night I was in a group through Gnomeregan (with my lvl 31 mage).
Now, I'm not one that goes to get the 'uber lewt'. I just wanted to
finish the couple of quests I couldn't finish the first run through it.

We get to the big boss, kill it, and the reward (which I won since I
was the only cloth wearer) was a very nice hat with nice stats
(somthing like 11 INT, 10 spirit and 7 stamina), but this is not what
stroke me. When I wore it, it's like a mechanical helmet with a moving
radar over it
ROFL!!
My gnome mage looks soooo funny with it. The radar thing keeps going
round and round, never seen it before on anyone for like months, it
also has a big 180 AOE dmg use that also puts a lightning shield around
me for 10 minutes. Feels like an uber item for my level and probably
into the lower 40s (besides it looks so cool)
So, there I go, the anti-uber lewt guy, suddenly by pure chance getting
something nice :)
