Calling all Shammies!

As I get close to level 60 with my Shaman, I realize I've been assuming a
few things and would like some definitive answers. My assumptions in
parentheses.

1. In a normal group (5), can two Shaman drop the same totem and have twice
the effect? (no) I thought this to be a big no, but the other day we went
through the Sunken Temple with 4 Shammies and a Hunter. We had divvied up
totem duties at the start, but ignored resistance totems. So, when we
starting dropping fire resist totems randomly, I noticed multiple times I
had 2 Fire Resist icons active on my player. With so many totems being
dropped, it was hard to decipher everything going on, but I'm suspecting the
system just wasn't keepiong up with one totem going dead and another being
dropped. I mean, literally, we all had like 10+ icons active with 4
Shammies dropping totems.

2. In a normal group (5), can two Shaman drop a totem from the same
element? Say a one drops Stoneskin and the other a Strength of Earth.
(yes)

3. In a raid group (10+), do totems you would drop only affect your 5 man
group portion of the raid? (yes)

4. Does spirit increase the chance of proc'ing effects such as Windfury?
(no) I read somewhere that this is true, but it does not state so in the
game.

5. At level 60, do most Shaman re'spec to Resto? At level 56, I've focused
my armor on best overall stats, but agility when possible. With a 20% crit
rate, flurry, windfury and a Grace of Air totem, I deal more damage than
anyone I group with, but healers are few and far between. Seems no one
wants a high damage Shammy in the higher level instances :-(

6. Opinions on whether it's better to drop Grace of Air or Windfury totem
in a group, if you're the only Shammy?

Thanks all
