the game is made for taking steps one by one. You say you are
lvl49, at which lvl are your professions?

Because earning money is made with professions and saving money
is made with the AH.

My warrior is now LVL54 and his professions are between 280-300
except fishing, which is 50. LVL300 blacksmithing did cost me lots
of money/time, but I get rewards for it. And all money that I put
into it, I earned with blacksmithing.

Your advantage is, you saved time, but missed the progress of
stepping up your professions and I think every main character
should make 5 professions.
