It would have been nice if they had put up a photo of the new model
next to the existing ones...

At the conference they did better than that... They had a 360 sitting
there and lifted it up revealing that it was just a sheel covering the
slim model.

So all we can say for sure is that it's less than an inch smaller than
the Xbox 360 on all sides...
