No it isn't.
You can keep saying this as often as you like, and you will continue to
be wrong.
I buy a game/movie from the publisher (via a store). Part of that purchase
includes the *legal right* to resell it later. It is part of the agreement
made at time of sale. If that agreement was not there, it would lower the
value of the game/movie, and less may be sold.
