Perhaps I didn't make myself clear. I understand charging for content.
What I don't like is charging for the ability to access content that
you are then being charged for AGAIN.
All the Cerberus code does is activate the "Downloadable Content
Menu". People who buy the game used will have to pay for the ability
to download content, not just the content itself mind you. Just for
the "perk" of being able to download will itself be a chargeable item.

Interesting, I didn't know (or experience this) charging for just being able to access any content. When I bought ME2 (PC version mind you), I put in the code after the install and all was OK, I didn't have to pay for access, I was just able to download and use the content, but I already have an account set up with them from my Dragon Age content.. Hmm. Now when I downloaded the B:BC2 demo on XBL, I had to register with EA and set up an account with them to play it on XBL, kinda sucked too. But in that one, I couldn't use my ME2/DAO account, because it has a completely different email account from my gamertag settings.
