PC or 360 version?
360. My ME1 save files are there.
I got the PC version. After reading what the saves really can do, it has little effect outside of allowing a higher starting level along paragon/renegade. I think I'd rather start from scratch if that's all. I'd mention things that using saves (of which I thought differently), didn't allow, which takes away the reasons why I would have used them, to not be there. I don't want the reasons as it would amount to posting spoilers, and the reasons are significant. But as much as I have played so far, I am thoroughly impressed with the game, the story and the ally characters. Bioware really revolutionized the way you can build your character and I really like that aspect big time.
One thing I can say, even if one started off on casual, battles are not any kind of cakewalk like it was in the first game. Even at the level I am now, it is easy to die and the enemy AI is better this time.
