Sam Raimi, who directed the Evil Dead and Spider-man films, will helm
the big screen adaptation of the MMORPG.
It has been described as a live action film so I'll assume that's the
case. :-)

Yeah, I guessed it would be, but I've only heard a tiny amount about it and
never knew.  I was kinda hoping for a CGI style, since all their cutcenes
from their games are spectactular, usually.  I'm sure they will have
scantily-clad Night Elf females with disproportionately large breasts and
theaters filled with prepubescent teenage boys playing pattycake with
themselves...  Think I'll wait until a DVD release for this one...

I think I'll trust Sam Raimi to make it a little bit more than that,
