I think that as long as you're giving the console ample breathing
room, you're doing the best you can reasonably be expected to. Also,
make sure that the power brick has plenty of breathing room as well. I
don't think you need to go all-out on a cooling system since the
console is likely to break down again, anyway, from what I've read
(once sick, always sick).
