Is it only the animals (rats, dogs, etc) that respawn? It doesn't
look like interior areas respawn at all. I really wish the humanoid
enemies respawned they're fun to fight and re-fight and are a good
source of getting ammo but I just can't get into continuously fighting
packs of mole rats. This is one area of the game where I wish it was
more like Oblivion.

Have you gone to the Super Duper Mart? The Raiders definitely respawn or at least come as "reinforcements". I almost screwed myself not knowing that.

    ... I can only pray to not aggro more than 2 during the fight, ... They do respawn fairly quick, but there's usually just not that many around ... Not if you have epic flight. ... but the flight from the tourney grounds to the citadel is only a few ...
