Hoping someone can help.you or a neighbor running a microwave?
I have a Netgear Rangemax router and a M$ Wireless-G adapter for the
360. I've run this setup since Halo 2 came out, whenever that was.
About a week ago my performance went into the toilet.
Even though I have maximum link quality between the XBox and the
router, when I try to play CoD4, my connection is 1 red bar, the worst
possible. So it's unplayable.
Whenever I play, I shut down all apps on all PC's. I've even run a
packet sniffer to see if there's anything leeching bandwidth, but
didn't find anything. There are definitely no downloads running, Bit
Torrent or anything like that.
Any clues?
.
