I too have had a failure. Support was great...UPS...not so great. We all know the 360 had high failure rates. I disagree with anyone saying MS (or should I say M$ for the haters) is some terrible company out to steal everything they can. There is no way MS knew the 360 failure rate would be so high. They're no different from any other large company. (including Sony ($ony))

But the purpose of those posts are not for the sole reason to say their box is and has been working since it was released. It is to counter those who had theirs die and it is somehow bullshit. MS screwed up and the failure rates are still unacceptable. I have had three boxes fixed/replaced to date, and this latest incident, especially with Xbox support, was nothing short of being total idiocy on the part of MS.
