It's more likely the exception than the rule.

Yeh but I don't see a problem with him posting a tip to help people who are getting the problem. It's locked up on me twice since I got it on Saturday. Not a major issue for me but if it was happening frequently it would be. Yes his original post was technically off topic and IIRC he does often post things that are blatant trolls but we all know that this group has a lot of multi platform gamers so I don't see how people can really have a problem with this post.
