Well, when it works, it works well, but this new patch, IMHO, made the
gameplay worse than when without it. The hit detection on the scopes seems a
bit improved, but I don't see it on any other weapon. The spawning they
fixed, well, you either get spawned too far away, or among the enemy. I
spawned 3 times in a row in the same place, and the same guy took me out 3
times. The lag is getting old again, and they really screwed up the hosting
issues, and the game glitches me out of the map at times.
It's hard to put it down, but when RSV2 hits, it will be sidelined.
It sounds like it doesn't work very often...
I'd say it works most of the time. It really is fun to play though. In reality, what I describe, and probably for most others too, this happens a few times, it's just when it does happen, it is frustating, especially when I am kicking ass. The thing I cannot handle the most, are the bullets going through enemies or stabbing someone and it goes through them. There are times when I can stand there (though few), and someone will unload on me, with no effect, and I can turn around and stab them down, or vice versa. I hear this just about from every player I meet during matches.
I honestly think that this may be a minor lag problem. The game seems to be playing smooth will great framerates, but the kills seems to register at times like a few seconds later and this may be the cause of what seems to be bullets going through enemies, or melees not registering.
