These first 3 games are not ports, you fanboy! They were specifically

considered a port too?
Sure... Here's how it works:
1) Exclusive - appears only on one console platform (e.g. Halo 3)
2) Multi-platform - Released on more than one platform simultaneously
(Madden, any of the crappy movie tie-in games)
3) Port - Released on one platform then later (often significantly
later) on another platform (Grand Theft Auto 3 on the original Xbox)
4) Ported - the original title that was the subject of #3. (Resident
Evil 4 on the Gamecube, ported to the PS2 then ported again to the
Wii)
I think that pretty much covers everything...
You said in the first three games that they were ports, when (especially) COD4 was released at the same time on both consoles, and they were developed for each one. That is NOT a port in any sense of the definition as you just defined them.
Oblivion was NOT a port, because Bethesda didn't have the dev kits to develop the game until Sony released them for development accoreding to their hardware specs (does the blu-ray disc ring a bell as an example?). Oblivion was certainly better looking and had more content on the PS3.
Rock Band was NOT a port, as both consoles got the game on the same date.
It was nice that you avoided my ending question, just like you avoided boody when he challenged you to your %s when he gave you what follows as your logic. Again, will UT3 for the 360 be a port when it gets released?
