To be honest, a AAA title to me is one that gets excellent critical
reception. As such, I see Ratchet and Uncharted as being AAA titles in
addition to Mass Effect.

Define "excellent." I don't think you could call only about a 90
average from critics "excellent critical reception." By all accounts,
Uncharted and Ratchet are good, but not great, and a AAA title has to
be great.
