That depends on what the argument is. If the argument is isolated to
the statement that the results of Oblivion on the PS3 is slightly
better than on the Xbox 360, that could be a legitimate argument to
make.
It's a fact that almost every game that is available on both the PS3
and the Xbox 360 performs better on the Xbox 360. One game that
performs slightly better on the PS3 than on the Xbox 360 is Oblivion,
and the fact that the advantage comes only from replicated data and
NOT the actual performance of the PS3 system is very telling.
