It has nothing to do with tilting the system. If you have a disc destory
because you moved your system with a disc in the drive you deserve to have
it ruined. The 360 has a drive (unsure if it's model specific or more then
one) that when it goes bad it destroys games. I had 2 go bad on me. My sons
sons 360 just starting going bad a few weeks ago and it ate 2 games on me
already. MS wont repair it without my having to pay for it because it's not
the RROD problem.

This wouldn't bother me as much if MS would discontinue the crappy drives
and use all BenQ drives from here on out. As far as I know I have never
heard that drive causing problems with 360 owners.

If this was a court of law, here's Exhibit A:

'Guilty as charged, your Honour'...

Well, to be fair, the exhibit you provided shows the disc getting scratched when the drive is on and the person positions the console from vertical to horizontal x2. I would think any drive would do that really, and the laws gravity doesn't go away just because the disc is in a spinning motion. Boody's complaint wasn't if the drive was active and one repositioned their console's orientation, rather the drive scratching the disc when the console isn't moved at all.
