Ahh the whole Killer App thing. Goes from Dead Rising to Viva.
Sheesh, each one hyped up as the next big thing. Dead Rising is
decent, but no way a killer app. And Viva, which got hyped up is a
game that doesn't know what it is, and ended up where it did as far as
poor sales, as a result. Lost Planet is decent also, I would presume,
but a killer app? Hype hype hype.

Decent is a perfect description of Lost Planet. Dead Rising was a fad.
Like I said in another post, it you used XBL as an indication of Killer
Apps, the 360 only has GOW and Halo2 because 2 weeks after any game is
released other than those 2, they are practically non-existent on Live.
I don't know about your friends list, but on mine, I still have (many times)
anywhere from 2-5 players still hitting RSV. Would that be considered a
Killer App?
