Coming from a shooter fan, I also recommeng Gears of War and Lost Planet.
Both were good games.
As for Prey, Far Cry and F.E.A.R.:
-Far cry is a pretty ugly game and not very fun. Not worth it IMHO. Pc
version is vastly superior.
-I played F.E.A.R. on pc. The 360 version is virtually identical, I rented
it just to compare. Very nice graphics and cool gameplay. The ability to
slow down time to aim better at enemies was fun. I enjoyed it quite a bit.
-Also played Prey on pc and again the versions are virtually identical(also
tried 360 version). Story is pretty far fetched (most shooter stories are)
and some scenes are pretty grotesque. However, also a good game for a
shooter fan. I would also recommend it.

Played GRAW, GRAW2, RS Vegas, COD2 and COD3, the latter two of which
sucked really, really bad. I will never, ever play another COD game
again. COD Airborne and Modern Warfare? If COD2 & 3 were any
indication of the future COD series to come for the 360, I'll just not
bother anymore.
So, I'm just looking for a very nice and entertaining FPS or a 3rd
person shooter. I played COD2 and 3 based on some of the gaming site
reviews and have learned never to trust them.
What other games of the types of games I mentioned is worth playing
out there? I'm looking at Perfect Dark Zero, but then, the game came
out at launch time for the 360 and I have heard that games that came
out at lauch time was given higher review scores than they deserved.
Thoughts? Recommedations? TIA.
