i went to a nerd festival today

played the ps3 and xbox360 for the first time, gears of war was awesome it was running in split screen and the detail and framerate kicked ass considering

then i went and played some zombie FPS on the ps3, i felt like i was on an xbox the only impressive thing was the draw distance, everything else looked like ass...

the controller... really slack of them not to update it it's not like it was ever the epitome of design.. the lack of rumble, well i never have rumbled turned on with the original xbox so i didn't miss that, but the damn thing is so light it feels like the original pads for my ps1, not good

motorstorm was cool and looked good, but i don't think it'd keep me interested for more than 30 mins... still, pretty impressive graphics, need more like that for people to wanna lay down the cash for this thing
