Microsoft to public Project Sylpheed

You might remember that three days ago we suggested that MS are getting as
snug as a bug in a rug with Square Enix, as it seems they will be developing
and publishing Project Sylpheed. It turns out that that is indeed true, and
was confirmed back at GDC, according to Siliconera.

This news confirms that Project Sylpheed will indeed be coming to
English-speaking shores, courtesy of Microsoft (as a second party title).
The ties with Sqaure Enix are getting ever more entwined.

What does this mean for Final Fantasy then? Probably not a lot, but it's
nice to know that Square Enix and Microsoft talk to each other after this
deal, so hopefully someone from one side is brave enough to throw in Final
Fantasy as a one liner to get the ball rolling. It remains to be seen, but
keep hoping!
