Sounds like someone just wanting to play video games and taking
advantage
of the warranties to me.
See unlike you and other childish flag waving fanbabies I tell it
offendsit
is. I could careless what name is on the console I enjoy playing my
games
on. When something is a miss I say it, period. I'm sorry that
2600lil
pissant kids like yourself. Stop being so insecure you fanbaby ijit.
God
it's just video game systems. They are for entertainment. When kids
like
you start to understand that maybe you will enjoy them for what they
are
for
and stop the flag waving nonsense all over usenet.
Thank you. I do wish I were a kid again. I suspect I have children
almost
as old as you. My first game system that "I" purchased was an Atari
(1978? 76?), I have bought almost all sense then. I do not own Sony
products
other than a walkman stereo that is 10 years old. I think Sony is an
overrated company with over priced products. It has nothing to do with
the
PS3. I do think the 360 is an excellent machine, I also thought my
Dreamcast
was. Sony provides competition which is good. I suspect you think my
"idiot" comment to the OP was related to Sony...it was not. It was in
reference to him bashing "Drudge."- Hide quoted text -

Yes, because Drudge is such a reputable, unbiased, and accurate news
source. Tell me: where was his investigative technique when the Bush
administration quietly awarded no-bid contracts to Halliburton? Was
he the one who broke the story about the politicizing of the Justice
Department?
I'll leave you to chew on that cud for a while, partner.........
Did you know that Clinton fired ALL OF THEM. Not a word was said. Why is
it such a big deal when this administration fires 8?
Because it is *this* administration...duh! :) I brought this up earlier as
an example of bias, seeing as how the same politicians and media that were
silent back then are raising a fuss now.
Upon further review, it appears that the main difference involves Senate
confirmation...which was easy for Clinton, as the Senate was in the hands of
the Democrats when AG Reno fired all of the US attorneys. But Bush used the
Patriot Act to circumvent Senate confirmation of his appointed attorneys,
which is why the Democrats are upset. I still think it is a political
witch-hunt, and I still think it is a prime example of bias, however. All
Presidents, no matter what party, are entitled to pick and choose the
attorneys working under them. Anyone who thinks that the hiring and firing
of attorneys isn't political is naive. As a former attorney who worked at
the will of a State Senator in California, I've seen what goes on.
So-called "neutral" and "bi-partisan" attorneys don't dare present legal
opinions and analysis that would go against the ideology of their "bosses,"
and those who get hired and promoted toe the party line.
Interestingly, the same media and politicians that railed against Bork,
Clarence Thomas, and other judicial nominees because they disagreed with
them politically are now saying it would be improper for the Administration
to fire attorneys due to political reasons. If you should/shouldn't appoint
a judge for political reasons, why can't you terminate an attorney for
political reasons?
