Yeah I get the same symptoms, but some games are "must play", so I just premedicate by popping some Dramamine and the symptoms never appear.
Good idea. I've never had problems when I play single player Call of Duty but when I've seen my brother play multiplayer on XBL I immediately get a headache and motion sickness like symptoms as well.
