I don't really visit a LOT of gaming sites on a regular basis... just
big ones like IGN, GameSpot, 1UP, The Magic Box, Gama Sutra, etc. Is
that a lot? LOL

Anyway, none of them had an actual news story stating that the release
date of MLB 2K7 had moved up to 2/27, at least as far as I had seen
and could find just now.

GameSpot did show the release date with the profile of the game but
there was no news item to specifically call this out. In fact, it ran
a news story on games being released in February and March and didn't
mention MLB 2K7, which I hope isn't a sign of the importance of the
game and rather an increased focus on big name titles like Crackdown.
