Really? So your broadband connection is actually faster than your
wireless connection? My 8Mbps broadband is still (theoretically) slower
than 802.11b, and ought to be a fair bit slower than 802.11g.
Unless I'm missing something?
802.11b = 11mbps
802.11g = 54mbps
Xbox 360 Ethernet port=100mbps (360 card doesn't do gigabit speeds.)
That's why I say "in theory" slower. If your internet connection is
below the wireless thresh-hold you probably won't see a difference. If
you're connecting multiple Xboxen to the same switch you'd be better
off with ethernet.
Plus, like I say, I'm cheap. :^)
