Anybody remember the old Texas Instruments game PARSEC?

I read the USA Today article they had today on all the old video games
being released by Gametap and XBL and it got me thinking about my favorite
old video game, PARSEC from the old early 80's Texas Instruments PC. Does
anybody know if TI still owns the rights to the game and if it maybe ever
has a chance of seeing the light of day again via XBL or Gametap? I did find
that it's available on the Classic99 emulator, but I think it would do well
if XBL put it out there as would probably a couple other of the TI games.
