Here's a handy hint for you.

Get yourself 40tude Dialog (free), set it up to read the newsgroups.

Go into the Scoring and Actions menu and add the following 3 lines.

[*]
!Ignore From "name1", "name2", "name3"
!delete Xpost > 3

Replace name1 ,name2, name3 with usenet troll names
Now set the view so that you don't view ignored posts.

are also ignored. Any thread cross-posted to more than 3 groups (you
might want to reduce this) is deleted.
