PS3 on 10/1?

Although reporting the expectations of retailers is something SPOnG
generally avoids, it does look as though Gamestop has blown the lid on
Sony's US PlayStation 3 launch plans, revealing dates and a wealth of
titles.

All priced at a whopping $59.99, the retailer, recently under fire
following issues surrounding the launch of Xbox 360, highlights 30
titles and expects the PlayStation 3 to ship on or around October 1
this year.
