Not quite.

"HDTV Ready" means the device can display at HDTV resolutions but has no
internal tuner for cable TV or satellite content that may be in HD. This
means if you want to watch television in HD, you will need some additional
equipment - like the Rogers box.

But for things like your 360 - which already output a HD signal - you need
no extra equipment.

So you should connect your 360 directly to your television.
