Some LCD TVs (such as the 19" Matsui my friend owns) are designed for
use as a monitor as well as a TV (that is, they have a VGA input as
well as the more usual SCART, composite video, UHF, HDMI and
what-have-you inputs). This ought to give perfect quality.
Failing that, any of the direct-video inputs should work well (if you
can get it working at all); use of the UHF input is to be avoided
except as a last resort, as this entails the video card encoding the
signal and the TV then decoding it, which is bound to cause some loss
of quality.
