You're not thinking of something like the ArcadeVGA cards are
you? I don't recall those having composite output, but do send
a 15k signal.

or miss information.

Must Haves.
1. VGA output that is at least 800x600 and works WELL with an older
style ActLabs VGA/USB gun.

Wants
2. Composite TV Output that's decent (I know, I know, composite's
gonna suck - but I need it cause that's what cheap old TV's always
have)
3. Arcade Monitor output - Yep, I'll be doing the classic soldering
iron hacks. So, I need a card that works with AdvanceMAME or ArcadeOS
or whatever.

Like
4. S-video output in addition to the Composite out

So, that's the list. Anyone have a recommendation on a card? Various
versions of the Radeon seem to be the most consistently recommended.

Anyone have a Front End recommendation to go with the card
recommendation? My biggest concern is getting a good, VGA Act Labs
Gun experience. I've tried half assed before, and just can't get
success with it.
