I had mame32 running perfect on my old pc. I swapped in a new motherboard
and cpu and now mame32 is so choppy. Everything else like Daphne and any
Windows emulators run perfect. My new cpu is a e2160 intel.

Re: building a new DIY PC ... I will install the Zalman CNPS9700 LED cooler now before bringing into the ... I can go buy a bunch of other parts so I could tell myself if it's the CPU... chip, motherboard, RAM sticks, which the RAM stick are brand new also, ... shouldn't be a problem now with the CPU chip and motherboard.... Should I take it off and turn it around so the CPU fan mobo controller is ... Install the CPU chip first, then the backplate, then the cooler? ... (microsoft.public.windowsxp.hardware)
