There is technically a computer version.

Midway released the Midway Arcade Treasures collections together as a bundle for Windows, as the Midway Arcade Treasures Deluxe Editions, which included games from MAT2 and 3 (which San Fran Rush 2049 was in MAT3).

If you're a console gamer, MATs 1 through 3 can be had fairly cheap for Xbox, PS2 and Gamecube. on the PSP, there is Midway Arcade Treasures Extended Play that bundles all the games from all 3 releases. I grabbed the gamecube versions a few months back to play on my Wii and they're pretty good.
