Hmm,
Invisible levels.....vertical tunnels...... sounds like a version of
Pac-Man I used to play with a Popeye head instead of old yellow-head. I
believe it was called Bite Monster, although I could be wrong on the name,
and surely bootleg.

Apparently, I went too easy on you all last time. I'll make up for it
now.
I used to play a variation of pac-man at a bowling alley. There was an
invisible level. There was also some levels with vertical tunnels. One
tunnel at the top and the other tunnel at the bottom. It was possible
to wedge pac-man into the bottom tunnel by wiggling the joystick as you
passed through. I can't recall if this could be done in the top tunnel.
Once you got wedged in you could more or less take a break from
playing for a while because the ghosts almost never went down there.
Perhaps this was a bootleg. I feel pretty priviledged to have played
this in its natural habitat. If I ever get to play it again, it'll be a
bonus. I thought namcosil for raine32 might have been it, but it
wasn't.
