Newbie just cant figure out mamewah

i have been using mame32 and want to switch up to mamewah i just cannot
figure out how to set it up. I read the read me, but I'm just not
getting it. I can't figure out what tto put in what folders... Any help
is appreciated. I guess I'm gettin old.... Thanks.
