Hey @$$, I wasn't blasting you, just the idea of that program, when there is
something better out there and giving others options.
BTW---4MB + 1 MB = 5 MB in my book which is still larger than 1 MB, and most
people would go to windows update and get the 20 MB vers ion of .NET, the
worst bloated and slow code put out yet.
If someone needs a program to trim their XP install because they don't know
how to turn off services and what not, they certainly arn't going to do
anything harder than going to windows update to get .NET.
In any case, its 5MB is still more bloated than the other option. And since
we're taking about saving space, it all adds up. I wouldn't want any
remnants of .NET on my machine at all, it's a freaking waste of bits.
Finally, my examples were real world examples on a machine I could still
download stuff on and surf. Like I said, I could get it much smaller with
XPLite.
