I had a co-worker that could smell roaches in a room too!
I just let my cats take care of the few that show up from time to time.
The cats think that Palmetto roaches are giant cat toys... so I
generally only find pieces of them after the cats are finished
"playing"
with them. <evil grin>


i am frusterated because of some of the sauces/savoryness i think it
could
add to ... maybe i am just envious of people who don't have to worry,

I can smell rats and mice, but not the others.

I guess to take the place of MSG, you could try making Demiglace?
It is time consuming, but well worth it imho.
