He was in Czechoslovakia and a butcher processed a whole hog in his
backyard and home shop. He chopped up pork meat, with a curved blade,
not ground up and then taking maybe a ten inch length of casing, filled
the casing by grabbing a fistful of meat and then squoosed it right into
the casing! It was way cool.
