Was getting towards the end of the smoke, maybe an hour left. The heat was holding steady at about 225 to 250. Went in the house for about 30 minutes, came back out and for whatever reason I guess there was a flare up in the fire box. The temp was about 450 on the fire box side and 400 on the far side. They were all burnt, what was not burnt tasted good, but could not serve them.
Went to back up plan. Yea hamburgers and hot dogs. Oh well. Guess I will just have to practice more. :)
you invite folks over for a BBQ, and give them outdoor grilled burgers and hot dogs. No wonder people don't know what BBQ means. ;)
