Just once I cleaned my smoker grills in the self cleaning oven. Too much
gunk. Set off all the smoke alarms and drove us out of the house
temporarily.


My grills are cleaning in the oven now. They'll be done in about half
an hour. No problem. I'll report back in a little while as to how well
it worked.
