Small note: You are confusing "culture" and "race / ethnicity". Race /
ethnicity is fixed based on parental lineage, culture is behavior which
is learned and can be changed.
btw, this is way out of what most of us talk about re: race and/or
culture. But has anybody studied, or have experience with Samoan
culture? I studied Fa'a Samoa in college. (Fa'a Samoa means Samoan
way of life) I find their culture and mores fascinating. I used my
skills in this knowledge when I used to encounter Samoans in Hawaii as
a cop. I made many, many friends especially in the entertainment
industry in HI. It is said that when you make a friend with a Samoan,
you make friends for life. I believe it.

I don't know much about them, but being on their good side would seem to
be where you want to be. It seems like most of them can change a spare
tire by picking up the car with one hand and spinning the lug nuts off
with their fingers on the other.
