It took all of about a minute to pull the whole thing with 2 forks. It was so incredibly tender!

Slaw and sauce are done. Neighbors invited to share. DH and I tasted it and it is unbelievable! I am so proud and very thankful for all the help. I couldn't have done it without y'all.
