Yes. I put up a variety of precooked stuff in vacuum bags and then
reheat them right in the bag before opening. Ribs and chicken do just
as well as pulled pork. You don't have to pull the pork right after you
cook it. You can put it up in larger pieces if you want and serve it
however you like. It can hardly be sliced after heating, but you can
slice it pretty well while it is still chilled.
