I've heard mixed reviews of the new infrared oilless turkey fryer from
Charbroil. With grandkids around, it'd be great if it worked as
advertised, since it'd be one heck of a lot safer both here and at my
son's place. Personally, I'd think of it as an alternative to the spit
and rotisserie for the Christmas rib roast.
Has anyone any experience with this new critter- or any good advice about
how it probably works?

Just an FYI,
Frye's electronics has them on sale, I can't recall the price...but they
are discounted.
